Light Powderbug 1 part Gunpowder 8 parts Ladybug There’s something very appealing about the 8:1 ratio of these two inks (and there’s a marked difference, unlike the results of the Fire Hydrant/Gunpowder experiment). It’s got a brightness to the hue, and almost a dual-shading property between two ends of what these two inks produced.
Powderbug 1 part Gunpowder 5 parts Ladybug Next to the three FH/GP creations I don’t care for today’s ink as much. But on its own (and esp for artistic use) I think it’s pretty cool for the right circumstance. Personal correspondence esp could be stunning with Powderbug.

Firepowder 5 parts Fire Hydrant 1 part Gunpowder This is the kind of red I’ve been aiming for all month long! Fortunately we have all year to ascend the learning curve of the art of mixing these inks. This is the first of three with these two Atomink Elements inks.

Ladybug E.F. 1 part Emerald Fusion 10 parts Ladybug We can finally claim a red ink, but barely. All three of these mixtures of EF and LB have been terrific, but none have been what I was hoping for.
