This is an ink honoring a freedom fighter. Park Sang Hak is a North Korean who has escaped to South Korea and fights for democracy to come to his birthplace. He has launched over two million balloons towards North Korea, many of which reach the capital. The balloons are filled with pro democracy, anti communist materials, including radios, magazines, DVDs, flash drives, and more.
