Since I did a ranking of Anderillium after 25 days, I’m not going to re-rank all of this month’s inks, but here they are:

31 January 2024 – Backpack Ink London Navy
A beautiful, dark denim for today’s ink in the fifth offering from Backpack. And… one of my favorite cities in the world!

30 January 2024 – Backpack Ink Dublin Green
Not my favorite green, but honestly green is a very difficult color to produce, whether in ink or paint. Still a solid quality ink.

29 January 2024 – Backpack Ink Berlin Brown
Today’s ink is not only an all-time favorite of mine, it is the only ink I have ever used in my Monteverde Regatta omniflex, which I use almost every day. If that isn’t an endorsement, I dunno what is.

28 January 2024 – Backpack Athens Blue
Solid ink from a company that currently has only eight colors (and has for as long as I’ve known about them). Athens Blue is lovely.

Introducing eight inks from Backpack Ink, a small outfit that makes ink by hand in Colorado. Today it’s Amsterdam Orange!

Tomorrow we’ll come back to alphabetical order with eight inks from Backpack, but today it’s time for the only bottle of Colorverse that I own (remember I own many, many ~2ml samples of lots of things, it this year’s project is only bottles). Colorverse is a South Korean company, and they love their astronomy!
