More saturated and more vibrant than yesterday’s Rose Quartz, this ink pretty much puts Rose Quartz out of business as far as I’m concerned.

This ink is both saturated and nice! Plus, when I googled “rose quartz” for the quotes, it turns out there’s a character named Rose Quartz. Who knew?

20 April 2024 – Pelikan Edelstein Moonstone

Once again, a non-saturated color (doesn’t any sort of “dust” or grey kind of have to be), and while I get it… it does look like moon dust… I just don’t love it. This is the 2020 ink of the year, and it might be gorgeous for ink art.

This color isn’t super saturated… and I like it this way (which by now you know is unusual for me). Ink is delightful in its gentleness, reflecting the color of glassy water. This was the 2016 ink of the year, and was so popular it joined the regular ink line in 2018.
