Today we begin a yearlong journey through two passions of mine: ink and birds. Every day I will be writing with a different fountain pen ink. The order of the 365 inks was determined entirely by random draw with the exception of 1-25 January, which will feature the inks from the Diamine 2022 Inkvent Calendar in order. Each day you’ll get a chance to see the ink and learn about three different topics: 1) my fairly awful handwriting, 2) the taxonomy and distribution of Birds, and 3) a “Calendar of Days”.
